This Privacy Policy explains how SEN Clean — Up Trash handles your information. We are committed to full transparency.

1 We Do Not Collect Personal Data

All operations — cache clearing, file scanning, storage analysis, RAM monitoring, security scanning — run entirely on your device. No personal data is ever sent to our servers.

We do not collect, store, or transmit: your name, email, location, contacts, photos, files, or any personal identifier.

2 Permissions & Why We Need Them

The app requests only the permissions necessary for its features:

  • READ / WRITE EXTERNAL STORAGE To scan and delete junk files and cache on your device.
  • MANAGE EXTERNAL STORAGE To access all storage areas for comprehensive cleanup (Android 11+).
  • QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES To display installed apps and check their permissions in the Security Scan.
  • PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS To show app storage usage in the App Manager.
  • USE_BIOMETRIC To lock the Privacy Vault with your fingerprint or face ID.
  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS To send optional reminders about storage space or scheduled cleaning.
  • RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
    SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM     To run the optional Auto Clean feature at your scheduled time.
  • INTERNET
    ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE     To display Google AdMob advertisements and fetch Remote Config settings.

3 Advertising — Google AdMob

The app is free and supported by ads served via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) and usage signals to serve relevant ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

4 Firebase Remote Config

We use Firebase Remote Config to manage app settings (such as feature toggles and ad settings) without requiring an app update. No personal user data is transmitted through this service. Firebase may log anonymous, aggregated usage events per Google's Firebase Privacy Policy.

5 Local Data Storage

Settings you configure in the app (language preference, dark mode, auto-clean schedule, cleaning statistics) are saved locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device.

6 Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take immediate steps to delete it.

7 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

1 What the App Does

SEN Clean — Up Trash is a phone management utility. It provides the following features:

Junk Cleaner Clears app cache and temporary files stored on device.
RAM Manager Displays current RAM usage and list of running apps.
Large Files Finds and lists large files for manual deletion by the user.
App Manager Shows installed apps and their storage usage.
Storage Analyzer Visual breakdown of storage usage by category.
Battery Info Displays battery level, charge status, and temperature readings.
CPU Monitor Displays CPU temperature and usage data from system APIs.
Image Compressor Reduces the file size of photos selected by the user.
Duplicate Finder Identifies duplicate photos for review and manual deletion.
Video Compressor Reduces the file size of videos selected by the user.
Privacy Vault Hides private photos and videos behind biometric authentication.
Auto Clean Schedules periodic automatic cache clearing at a time you choose.
Security Scan Checks installed apps for dangerous permissions and unknown sources.

2 Accuracy of Information

Values such as RAM usage, CPU temperature, battery level, and storage figures are estimates read directly from Android system APIs. These readings are provided for informational purposes and may not be 100% precise. The app makes no guarantees about the accuracy of system-reported values.

3 User Responsibility for Deleted Files

You are solely responsible for any files you choose to delete. Deleted files cannot be recovered by the app. Please review items carefully before confirming deletion.

The app will always ask for your confirmation before permanently deleting any file.

4 Free App & Advertisements

SEN Clean — Up Trash is provided free of charge. The app is supported by Google AdMob advertisements. We limit ad frequency to avoid disrupting your experience.

5 No Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use the app at your own discretion.

6 Limitation of Liability

LÊ PHÁP MEDIA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, device issues, or loss of profits.

7 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
